Hi, I'm Kiri McGeorge,

A former British Military Operator who believes that the skills needed to build and lead elite military teams are parallel to those needed to build high performing business teams. A belief formed from 20+ years of collective military and post-military experiance gained in the hostile environments of the Middle East, North Africa and International Corporate boardrooms.

A collaborative and strategic leader, a Mechanical Engineer and WHS specialist with a focus on project, risk and safety management across construction, energy & resources, international development and protective services industries.

I work with my clients to initiate, develop, implement, and review efficient and consistent service delivery and continuous team improvements through structured risk analysis, quality and safety governance.
